A successful candidate will be a strong team builder, as well as an organized, strategic thinker who is strong on follow-through. They must be able to work well on a team, as well as have a heart to equip people to do the work of ministry (Eph. 4:11-12). They must be gifted in building organizational and operational systems in the area of facility, finances, IT, HR, communications, and office services. We are looking for someone with a business person’s skill set and pastor’s heart including a passion for equipping the body of Christ. Public speaking skills are a major plus. Candidates will be assessed using several assessment tools, and matching assessments will be evaluated to find the best fit.
Salary is commensurate with position and experience.
