Answering Isaiah: Adoption and Foster Care Ministry

In Isaiah 1:17, God instructs us to care for the orphans. With our new ministry, Answering Isaiah, we are answering that call. Our mission is to equip and mobilize our Daybreak family to respond to children in need of loving and stable homes. If you feel called to foster or adopt, we’d love to help you take your next steps. We also need people who can help support foster and adoptive families on their journey by providing meals, goods, and services.

Foster Care & Adoption Lunch & Learn

We welcome everyone to join us for the official kickoff of our Answering Isaiah Ministry! Learn more about the system and how you can support families who foster and adopt. Meet Daybreak families who have been there and can answer questions, and, if you feel called, we will help you take your first steps.

When: Sunday, February 24, 12:30-2:30 PM

DivorceCare is a support group that meets weekly to help deal with the hurt that can accompany separation or divorce. All are welcome to begin attending at any point as each session is self-contained. For more info, visit or view the brochure

Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga is a moving meditation. As we learn to focus on the postures, we forget about the busyness of the world in the still space that yoga provides. Designed for the mind, body and soul, this 75-minute class is for all levels. Feel free to bring your own mat, or use one of ours. For more info, visit

Momma Bootcamp

Momma Bootcamp is designed by moms for moms who have the desire to get fit and stay healthy. Workouts are 45 minutes and incorporate full body strength, cardio and a little of everything in-between. No matter where you're at in your fitness journey, these workouts will challenge but also inspire you! Feel free to come with your kids or without them. For more info, visit

Freed-Up Financial Living

This Good Sense class is an opportunity for people from

all sorts of financial contexts to come together, find

hope and encouragement for the unique challenges that

they face, and develop into more biblically-rooted,

confident stewards of their resources.

When: Thursdays 6:30 to 8:30 PM, 1/31 to 3/7

Where: Gettysburg Pike Campus

Cost: $25 (Covers 1 set of resources per person/couple)


Works of Heart

Works of Heart is a group for anyone who loves

or wants to learn to sew, quilt, knit, or crochet. 

This group works on projects such as hats and

diaper bags to give to Daybreak’s ministry partner, The Capital Area Pregnancy Center.

This session, the group will be making 1 project throughout the 6 basic sewing and quilting classes

on Saturday mornings. Come and learn!

When: Saturdays 8 to 10 AM,

Family Respite Ministry

Our programs engage kids with special needs and their siblings in a supportive environment through fun activities where they can build friendships, learn about God, and experience His love. At the same time, parents can feel free to do whatever they would like with their time: go on a date, catch up with a friend, take a nap, or whatever will allow them to rest. Upper Allen Township Dog Park @ Daybreak

The Upper Allen Township Dog Park @ Daybreak opened on June 30, 2018! 

If you regularly attend Daybreak, pick up a specially marked registration form on Sundays at The Hub at either campus to receive the Daybreak rate of $20/yr. Utilizing our form also helps us know how many Daybreakers are taking advantage of the Dog Park.

Without the Daybreak form, the cost is $20/yr for residents and $50/yr for non-residents of Upper Allen Township.
