Sunday Mornings
Daybreak Kids has Sunday morning programming for children birth through 5th Grade. At Daybreak Kids our goal is to provide safe, fun and accessible opportunities for kids to discover and deepen their own relationship with Jesus.
Each week while adults are in worship, we put age appropriate Bibles into the hands of children and praise God through play, discovery, discussion, crafts and so much more!
All of our volunteers participate in ongoing training and have completed the necessary Pennsylvania child clearance requirements.
What happens outside of Sunday Morning?
Family Events All Year Long
Outside of Sunday mornings, we provide several different types of activities for kids and their families to grow together in community. Events include picnics, park meetups, late night hangouts and other seasonal experiences. These events are included in the regular upcoming events list as they happen throughout the year.
Summer Capstone for Rising 5th Graders
As a Capstone experience, each summer, rising 5th grade students are invited to participate in an outreach experience.
How Do You Serve the Various Needs of My Kids?
At Daybreak Kids, we offer a safe environment for kids with various learning, social, emotional, medical, developmental, and dietary needs.
Sunday Morning One-on-Ones
We work with families to train and develop relationships between 1:1 support volunteers and kids when appropriate. We evaluate and incorporate each child based upon the unique way God created them.
A Space to Breathe
Each of our locations includes a sensory break space for kids whose needs require a different environment.
Fun for Kids, Rest for Caregivers
4 times throughout the school year, we expand our support for kids with extra needs by providing a FREE respite care event for families. During this event, kids and their siblings are invited to engage in various activities while caregivers take some well deserved time off.
