How should I prepare my kids?

Each Sunday, you will need to check your child into Kid Min. If you're new, head to the kids Guest Central desk and we'll get you all set up.

If you've visited before, just head to a Check-In station, enter your phone number, and print out a name tag for your child that will include a claim tag to keep and be presented at Check-Out. From there, just walk your child to the secure Check-In gate and we'll escort them to their classroom.

When you return at the end of service, you will go directly to your child's classroom and check out your child by handing in your claim tag.

What will my kids do?

Every Sunday morning kids birth through 5th grade will have the opportunity to learn about Jesus and connect with each other. We combine large group worship, small group environments, and classroom activities to reinforce the day’s lesson. Everything we do in Kid Min connects to Daybreak's Vision of Celebrating, Connecting, and Contributing together.

Our Sunday morning programming also includes 6th through 8th grade. Then, students in grades 6th-12th from both campuses are invited to our Gettysburg Pike Campus for a combined Middle School and High School gathering each Sunday evening from 5:00-7:00 pm.

What if my child needs extra support?

On Sunday mornings, we have a Support Ministry that connects any child who needs extra help with their own trained Support Coach.

Needs can range from help with transitioning into the classroom environment to assisting a child needing high-level autism support. Let us know at check-in if your child needs this support.

In addition to Sunday morning special needs support, our 7th Inning Stretch Family Respite Ministry offers periodic Friday Fun Nights for children with special needs and their siblings.
